@dyl with all your data can you work out a range for the signature alone value? Just deduct the card value roughly. Better cards Iād expect will have better value but itās interesting to see the diff from top to bottom.

Yes and no. 
If it was Sugimori alone, it probably would have ended around $3,000.

Since Sugimori autos are so rare, I think its best just to view them as data points.

Itās a little more complicated than that unfortunately.
Taking away the card, and or card value, wouldnāt exactly give us a black and white idea of overall value a signautre adds.
You can use the recent Base Set Mewtwo sale and the TV Reporter sale as examples. Both were in played condition, in raw condition maybe you get $10 for the Mewtwo and $2 for the Tv Reporter? Yet we see a differnece in price by a few thousand dollars when you throw a Sugimori signature on them.
The card signed, whether or not itās a high value, plays a huge part in overall sales price.

Beautiful! I am so glad that you decided to get them graded. There are sure to be many e4 members who will be interestedā¦ 
If you are looking to sell them, I would recommend sending them through @smpratteās PWCC consignment service. That way youāll get plenty of international bidders too. And Scott is a great person who can make the whole process easy for you if you donāt have a lot of experience with selling high-end cards.

I appreciate that, @smpratte 's definitely one of the main options Iām considering!
Iāll probably take a little time to think through how much Iād be looking for and all that before committing to a sales method, but donāt think Iāll regret anything as long as I can make informed decisions (in large part thanks to threads like this).

The 2020 Charizard sale was previously unconfirmed, but now it has been confirmed as a legitimate sale. A 2021 Gardevoir sale that was not previously recorded has now been added.

Is ebay usually my best bet to find a ken sugimori autograph? Im trying to find a infernape/blastoise/ or pikachu with kens auto but its really hard

Just whatever is available. It really canāt be overstated that sugimoris auto is in a league of its own. As someone who owns a signed 1st Ed Blastoise I donāt know what number it would take to sell. Anyway Iām just trying to curb your expectations as itās basically the trophy card of autographs.

Omg!!! Congrats on such a badass grail card wow!!! Yeah i still rmemdber as a kid my 1st friend i ever made used to sketch and draw kenās workfrom the pokemon blue red players guides haha. It was because of those moments that really made me get into art.
Did you have a thread or picture of the card just for showing purposes?! Thats so cool man! And yeah thanks for being honest about expectations. Looks like ill just have to be patient and hopefully get lucky someday
