Regarding your interests in a Sugimori auto, there is an Infernape and a Blastoise up for sale on eBay, but they’re at $20,000 and £25,000, respectively.

Fun fact, this exact card was sold for $3,001 on 6/7/23. So either it was originally unpaid on Goldin or the buyer decided to sell it soon after owning it.

Minus the 22% BP and shipping/import taxes to him and back to Goldin (He had it in hand during these 3 months) he lost around 500/600 considering that he didn’t pay import fees regarding the real value, more if he did since France has 20% import fees for products outside of the European Union
