Some of the early Sugimori sales surprise me. Seems the going rate was lower than what I expected for some big time cards. Autos were a much quieter/softer market in 2019/2020, but seeing sub-$5k on big-time cards is tough to digest. Different market back then.

Back in 2020 I sold a base set chansey signed by sugimori to a member here! It was in the ballpark of 5200$

I just wanted to share a card i kept in my closet since i was a kid. Been following this thread for a while now and made me finally send it in for authentication. My uncle was a distributor for pokemon in WOTC era in asia and had a conference when he went to japan so he brought my cards for them to sign
