You canāt tell from the top of the box, The 1st ed Mark is on the sides.
I feel the same about them.
I think randomly will see these leak from people in mint condition Given the quality of new back cards and legend era in general. And whoever sells them probably wont be thinking about unlimited or 1st ed. It does seem like alot of the full arts were not looked after very well though.

Does anyone here actually own any psa 10 legend 1 unlimiterb or legend 2 or 3? Youd definitely be wise to grade the uncommon/common/rare in a set this rare.

I know it is, but is it not possible to get unlimited boxes? Like Iām asking because thereās this assumption it isnāt unlimited and Iām asking if thereās an actual reason behind this if whether itās not meant to be possible (because to my knowledge it is).

The cards arrived the other day and I opened up the letter only to see 1st edition on not just one but all of the cards 
it was definitely worth trying to see if they would be UED though! I did although buy a lot of legend cards from Japan and out of I think 50, 2 of them are unlimited so I will update with some pictures of those later.

I know the feeling though. Bought a LEGEND Random box with an unlimited edition box in the picture, received a 1st edition oneā¦ Still some new cards, and it contained no Pikachus anyway, but still a bummer. (Contacted the seller, but they only had 1st edition boxes left. Sighā¦)

and yea being that you needed that card in UED too though makes it really lucky and awesome 
and same here with the 1st edition random box @quuador the shiny gyarados promo made it worth it for me even though it lacked unlimited cards. O and I now own a skorupi and pidgeot that are unlimited awesomeness so I will update with pics later!

Here are the 2 that were unlimited in the lot of about 50 or so that I bought. They are in rough condition but thatās alright with me. 
p.s. I thought it was pretty cool how the backgrounds have a similar art style!

Are any of these Unlimited pieces really desired? I do believe I have a stack of 200~ of L2 and L3. Of course no Voltorb, Electrode or Gyarados that you guys are looking for

Among certain people, but I donāt think they are all that valuable otherwise. They are very rare, though.
