After being relisted 29 times, this one finally sold today for 450,000 JPY with a single bid in the closing minutes (same URL as before). I wonder if it’ll be paid for?
The Pikachu ended at 135,888 JpYen (~1.25k USD) and Pichu at 42,722 JpYen (~400 USD). Considering I bought my unlimited E1 Pikachu for 102,000 JpYen last month (it was in much worse condition though), I’m pretty happy. I was afraid this one might have ended for halve of what I paid, since that usually happens with cards I searched for for years, haha.
Nice! Where did you find these? I’m looking for the Charmanders to finish my collection (well, other than Snap…). I’ve been checking YAJ and Mercari through Buyee but had only seen one (010/029) for ~$1000
I am watching the bulbasaur but didnt see the clefairy. Both of these are needed for my Komiya set. wish I could have grabbed the clefairy for 53,000. May I ask what you searched to find the clefairy?
@mthursty I just search for “エディションなしe”. There’s a lot of other rubbish to sift through, but that’s what most people list theirs as.
There’s a Clefairy up here: www.mercari.com/jp/items/m93430265639. I’m not sure if it’s the same one as before.
I got them from Umeda, sorry for taking a while to respond. @kazy, I saw you were also asking about where I got them. I wouldn’t bet on trying to get them from mandarake but good luck if you do!
Finally got the card I was chasing this whole time! I think I’m finally done with hunting these rare unlimited cards now that i have both L1 and E1 unlimited Cyndaquils. Unless an E1 unlimited Quilava or typhlosion appear x3
Wow. Sometimes I wish I lived in Japan and spoke the language. I’ve been looking 7 years on a daily basis for this Pikachu card, and here someone has a binder page with 18 of them full. I’m glad I was able to find it eventuality a couple of months ago, though. Otherwise I’d be pretty sad seeing this picture, haha.
I purchased the trainer insert that had the ponyta. Unfortunately it came bent, so I steamed the glue and removed the card. Figured I’d snap the inside pages. Not sure if there is any useful information inside.
