Item Damaged During Shipping - Seller or USPS Fault?

I don’t have experience with receiving damaged items so looking for some advice. Seller did well to package the item in the box, but the box wasn’t a USPS priority issued box and it was pretty lightweight cardboard. Got railed during shipping and item showed up damaged

Is this something I work out with the Seller? Or do I contact PayPal? It was a goods and services transaction

Reach out to the seller, as well you may want to edit the photos to remove your name and address shown on the box

@dbmoney10 I encourage you to edit these images to blackout your personal information.

that box is not adequate for those old wata cases, they break fairly easily. luckily thats a pretty easy fix you should reach out to the seller to cover the reholder fee if you still want the item.

also if you do the reholder hold off for a few weeks before sending it in so you can get the new PSA label

Contact seller, ultimately it is their fault. If you still want it, and the item’s integrity isn compromised, I would get $ from them to cover the cost of a reholder.
