Ive only one PSA graded card atm cus ive only began collecting so I wont bother you to send out one bag ;p whats annoying though is the case arrived and already had a scratch on it 
directly on the front of it too, how annoying. I have one of the bags that are too big as you mentioned, what I done was press the case tightly to one side of the bag, fold the excess round and tightly tape it down with clear tape. It works well! although im sure its less attractive than your version
Good thinking outsider. Remember, you can always return cards to PSA for recasing though it is very expensive considering shipping costs which FROM PSA back to you is 17.50. Plus fees under 10.00 and it can takes months to get it back.
My advice is pay close attention to case condition before you buy a card.
Yeah im going to start inspecting them alot further before I buy them. Its such a shame that PSA grading costs soo much because I love their cases. Id hate waiting months aswell for them to return!
