Yes this is a real card.
Yes. It’s Charmeleon (18/113) from Legendary Treasures. The Swablu from the same set continues the story.
The original Japanese card was printed in the EX Battle Boost set.

Thanks, I thought it was a promo and I couldn’t find it and the charmeleon was quite pink
When you want to find a pokemon card I will recommend you to google the pokemon name + tcg + bulbapedia and it will appear in that list

I searched on bulbapedia all the promos with charmeleon (thought it was a promo)
googled imaged with charmeleon and altaria(?), but since I thought it was fake or something like that it was easier to then ask here^^
An easier way to find a card is right click the image and select “search google for image”.
