I know there is a lottery promo of this in holo and promo bottome right plus bottom left a pokeball.As I dont know my japanese cards that much I thought id ask here.It looks like expedition base 1st edition, however the numbering is 016/029?

From a half-deck. Usually the Japanese cards with small set totals are from half-decks.
