The $500 for one pack seems totally reasonable, great actually. But the problem still obviously lies within the fact that they are calling those other packs PSA GEM MINT 10’s. You’ve made some progress with your persistence. Keep at it, and hopefully in the end they will fully do right by you. It is a shame how much prodding it has taken though.
Having that $500 in hand will be nice. Then if you can get them to come to reality on the other packs, you have already set a high baseline and should have no trouble getting the remainder back. It really is just awful they are trying to stick by PSA 10’s on those packs.

Check out his youtube channel in his signature. He has a few more recent videos about the PSA pack sitch.
Either I’m blind or… there’s just this last video about PSA which he put on here, too. Other ones are about other things, but not his problems with the PSA. I wanted to know if all of this at least ended in his favor. Would be good to know
