Hey guys so I just purchased this card and I was curious if anyone has any idea what happened here. I thought the ink was on the PSA case when I bought it but the mark is on the card itself now that I see it. Unless I’m just having a really off day here. 
I’m not upset about the purchase at all I think it’s really interesting. Would a card with an ink mark like this go through grading and still qualify as a PSA 9?
