It looks like a common-rarity symbol was stamped onto one of the two Lab Mewtwos I pulled…it’s definitely a misprint and one I haven’t seen from any GX card to date, and it’s pretty much impossible to miss. Would this be something PSA docks a grade for automatically?
I plan on sending this in for grading next week and am super curious about it.

I don’t think it’s an automatic grade dock. I’ve seen other 10s with tiny printing imperfections like that. Probably could go either way.
Edit: that card is beautiful in english btw.

Wow man…I say you send it in anyways, it’s a zard…but yeah. I could see how it is a legitimate printing defect but that location right in the middle of Charizard could definitely be seen as detracting from the overall aesthetic appeal of the card since there’s no way to avoid it and that’s what attracts the attention away from the actual art…
You don’t really have much to lose, so send it in and if you get a 10, that misprint is going to add some value/uniqueness to it. 
I’ve since been told that the misprint on my Mewtwo in the OP is just an aligment dot error, which is actually pretty neat as i’ve not personally owned a card with one before (mine is definitely going to PSA).
