Anything special? Mew misprint

Was curious if this misprint would be something I should consider grading, and if so do I call it a misprint on my submission?
btw the ink is much more apparent in person than in the photo.

I think you’re better off getting a grade on it first, then you can go about seeing if you can get a label swap down the road.

Errors are usually a battle and often they lead to lower grades rather than the label requested itself.

No back picture and a potato front picture on a hard grade card makes me think this is a very weak 10

@thirdeye, error / misprint… just the ink smeared around mew and going out of the frame.
