One positive in this situation: since PayPal now charges seller’s a nonrefundable fee for each transaction, it should discourage this type of fraudulent activity, especially on more expensive items.

That’s understandable I would feel the same, I think thats why when new to collecting it’s important to start small and build up your knowledge base before shelling out on any big purchases. And get advice from veteran collectors if ever unsure of the legitimacy of a item or a seller’s reputation.

@simplestacker Leave negative feedback for the seller. I can see the individual he purchased it from and that seller is continuing to sell them. The pair of them are scumbags and need negative feedback.
