I may hold off on contacting FedEx personally for now at least. My irl friend is a Director at Heritage and he is working with me on getting all the information so their claims team can handle it. PSA is getting me the surveilance feed of the package and I really hope I can find these cards. This situation sucks so bad

Dang so sorry to hear this happened – I would follow mrtz advice for now.

I feel like auction houses and PSA needs to set up some sort of proxy label address so drivers don’t know the contents of the box but hopefully you are able to get some more insight from your friends.

Sorry that this was how we had to hear from you again, and so soon. Keep us informed. This is a massive scandal. I don’t know how rare or special the cards are, but theft is theft. Lots of scum is scamming, stealing and defrauding people over pokemon cards in the last few months. We are here for you. Let us hope that we can locate the point of theft, the thief, and to recover your stolen items.

see if you can get gps coordinates for where it was signed. whoever owns the fedex account that was used to ship it (HA?) should be able to see them when logged in.

Hey @triple, I’m really sorry that this is happening to you. It’s happened to me before, and it sucks.

Just for some context on the turtle pace of PSA Vault, my last three submissions directly from eBay took 3.5 weeks. Hopefully it’s been opened by some employee, and they are taking their sweet time to curate it.

If they truly have no delivery, your problem is with FedEX. Heritage should be covered with insurance on that shipment, so you’ll get your money eventually, but it sucks so much more to not have your cards.

Good ending: Gets replaced by a Rayquaza Gold Star PSA 10

Mid ending: You get the cynthia feelings card

Bad ending: Both don’t arrive.

I hope he gets the alternate ending where he gets the cards and they also pay out a fee for it happening from their side or something.

secret ending: The card arrives, and ken sugimori finds out about the ordeal, and sends a regular set version of the card signed to triple.

Thank you, I am talking to heritage right now and this situation absolutely sucks. Police Department rejected my police report because they told me I must go through the delivery company

Yes I’d much rather have the cards, what really sucks is I brought this to PSA’s attention on 12/27 and it took till 2/3 for them to tell me that the cards were never received ;l. Anyways I pray I can at least get my money back at this point. This is a total nightmare, I woke up early today feeling recovered and well-rest only to get a unfortunate email :frowning:
