HUGE UPDATE: WE ARE SUPER BING CHILLING CYNTHIA RESOLVED

Hello Everyone (I guess I am temporarily back on E4),

I purchased a PSA 8 LAIC Champion Nest Ball & PSA 8 Cynthia’s Feelings Spring Battle Road from Heritage Auctions in early December… They were shipped via FedEX to PSA and delivered on 12/23/2024 and have been missing ever since. I got into contact with Nat Turner and the Director at PSA vault and they are checking surveilance of the package opening to see if the card even showed up in the package and they’ll get back to me by end of day today.

What steps should I need to take in case the video surveilance ends up showing an empty box worst case scenario? I really hope this doesn’t cause a lot of headache.

Thanks,

Triple

Is the entire package missing or just those cards?

My PSA sub delivered on the 19th of December was only registered just yesterday, the last time I used the vault for a Goldin purchase it was horrifically slow as well.

I have no idea yet… I’m still waiting for a video update.

My Art Academy Chespin that was delivered last week, already got vaulted ;l

No idea if you’re cooked but whatever you do don’t under any circumstances accept a $100 insurance reimbursement/buyout from Fedex because that will void any rights or claims you have to the card, a larger reimbursement and FedEx’s obligation to return you the card if it is eventually located.

Bless his soul, a member here learned the hard way.

Thank you, I definitely will not take a measly $100…

I really hope PSA just ends up finding it, but now I’m in somewhat deep regret because I could have easily just drove 20 minutes for a pick up at Heritage Auctions, but instead I wanted to save $500 in sales taxes and now I don’t even know the whereabouts of these cards are at.

Memes aside, I hope you find your cards

I’ve been hearing some bad things about FedEx employees targeting packages with collectibles inside. I know some bigger corporations have gone lengths to try and make their packages as discreet as possible, even using different return addresses to avoid FedEx tampering.

Yes. it really sucks… I really hope the cards are found

i think it is even worse at UPS. some larger companies like goldin even switched to using fedex coz there were so many cases.

i was actually tryna understand why u would send a psa card back to psa lol… then i realized they prob just shipped it directly from HA to the psa vault. unfortunately ive never done this myself so cannot comment on that. i used to ship tons back when it was the ebay vault assuming it is the same place and it never took more than a couple days to scan in.

Yeah I sent it directly from HA to PSA :frowning:

My friend at Heritage opened a claim for me and PSA is looking into it right now, both checking their security cameras… Hopefully it will be spotted

If anyone has any insight it would be much appreciative, apparently PSA never received the package…

Where was it last seen before PSA?

It was marked as delivered to the PSA Vault Address on the FedEx Tracking: 412188560325

It went from Heritage Auctions → FedEx → PSA/Lost?

PSA emailed me stating there was no history of this package ever reaching their facility just earlier.

I would do a few things from here:

  1. Try to contact the FedEx facility local to PSA (it says New Castle, DE on the tracking) and ask for proof of delivery (don’t they often take photos?).
  2. Send the PSA email stating the package never reached the facility to FedEx.
  3. Maybe double back with Heritage to see if they have any additional information about the package?

Super sorry this happened man, that sucks.
