Did you specifically ask whether you can have English pokemon cards graded with PSA in the US and then sent to the Fanatics vault? No direct submission to vault. Sorry that wasn’t 100% clear from your post. If yes, indeed a trip appears pointless.

I did not ask unfortunately. They just specified that they would only grade English cards but being as i had maybe any with me i didn’t think to clarify if they would actually send them if i did. The frustrating thing is that it isnt sepcified anywhere that this is the case or that they wont vault tcg cards in fact basically the opposite is stated. Honestly its really poor on fanatics’ side they should do better and also getting in contact with them and speaking to someone is also an absolute joke.
Just send them to the USA at $20 and say a prayer

If alle these answers are AI generated it makes much more sense now. Because I asked three times now and it’s never a clear answer. Tomorrow a friend of mine who works close to the store might be able to ask in person for me, let’s see what they say, but I’m already planning a trip to New York 
I think if on the PSA submission form you can specify your own return address, it might be possible to just send to the Fanatics Vault in Oregon.
BTW this offshoot of a US TCG store in NL could also be an option, I’m not sure if they already use the PSA facilities in Germany or still the US ones.
