How do I report a seller?

I’m pretty annoyed right now. I bought 3 cards from a seller and within 10 minutes of contacting them they cancel my order.

Their reason is one of the cards is too ‘high value’ to ship 1st class. I’m ok paying extra but they wanted $40 US on a $163 card to ship with FedEx. That’s not even high value to me, but again I’m fine paying $10-15 I’m usually charged on my card purchases. I should have just bought all 3 at $5 shipping and not bothered contacting them.

I was fine buying the other 2 anyway at $5 shipping, which they did offer me but they cancelled all 3 instantly. So yeah… I can’t leave neg feedback and I don’t know how to report this very unprofessional dealer.

If you want to take it further, contact eBay’s customer support and tell them about the issue. They’ll put a strike on the seller’s account.

Thanks so much. So in 7 days I can leave feedback. I think I’ll go that route, unless I can’t calm down and call ebay straight up. lol

This is such BS. The seller seems really scared to lose packages at customs or whatever… That’s a legit concern, but at that point just stay US only like a lot of dealers do.

They were fine sending me the 2 cards worth about $80 for $5 shipping, but that one ‘high value’ card was too risky for them… so just fix your listings and put a $40 shipping price if that’s what you do. Smh.

Similar thing happened to me a few weeks ago.
It is a waste of time contacting ebays CS they told me there’s nothing they can do to force a seller to complete a sale and to just leave them negative fb.

As you can see, they don’t have a very good rep. I was looking for a couple of played cards(Shadowless Venusaur and Blastoise) to complete a set I have and I was taking a chance on a LP Shadowless Zard at $163.99. Oh well, too bad for them.

oh god, I hate that seller. I tho I bought uk print alakazam based on the pictures and it wasn’t. Also, it wasn’t near mint either, pissed me off even more. Never buy it from them ever.
