Got some cheap plushes on Vinted, the Mimikyu is real and still has the tags but the Growlithe I’m not so sure, the stitching is really poor on it if it is genuine.

I also love Growlithe (and Arcanine)! I started a masterset last year and I´m also still working on a list of which of the cards I´m missing. Your list was really helpful to confirm some suspicion and to add some cards to my list I have not been aware of before!
I only focus on Kanto-Growlithe so no Hisuian - though I inclued the cameo cards (without trainer nr. 1 to 3). If you are interested I can write down the cameos.
I´m still comparing our lists. But I wanted to tell you that the Growlithe from japanese “Blastoise Random Constructed Starter Decks” exist as 1st edition. As for the other decks I think (and hope) there is only the unlimited as you wrote in the commants.

I have now finished comparing all of the asian cards on our list. I have to thank you and everyone here in this group again! I added quite a few cards especially to chinese, thai and indonesia section. There are so many decks 
Here is what I found on your list 
Japanese:
- There is no reverse holo in the 151 like in the western PE sets. There is only the “normal” card, the Pokeball-Reverse and the Masterball-Reverse. I think cardmarket should add this for the seach/filter.
Korean:
- Same goes for the Korea 151 only three cards
Thai:
- There is a First Impact Set (AS1a) in Thai - it is the same as in Indonesia.
- They had also Double Burst (AS5b) - the same set like the one in traditional Chinese.
- Akhana haeng Prakai Saeng (S11a T) has reverse holo.
Indonesia:
- Arkana Memuncak (S11a I) has reverse holo.
I haven´t checked on the western language taps in detail, but I would recommend adding latin america spanish tap. I read somewhere that the spanish 1999-2000 Base Set Growlithe was published in south america - so the 1st edition and the unlimited base set would be the first two cards on this list. And third our newest Growlithe from the Team Rocket Set. I is so cute!

As I expected there were not many differences in the western language taps.
The only real difference I could find was the “McDonald’s Collection 2022” in portugese. I don´t think it exist. I know you can filter for it on Cardmarket but they isn´t any portuguese card listed, for any of the McDonald 2022 Promo cards. I also could find any on ebay.
Does any know anthing more in detail about this?
The other card I did have on my list was the one with the MTG Backside. I was really interesting to learn about it, but I don´t think I will be able to hunt one down ever, so I will keep it of my list.

For modern Portuguese cards you usually won’t find them on Cardmarket, since they are only officially released in Brazil. Instead you either search on Google or use Ligapokemon in Brazil.

Latest additions to “recomplete” my English set
The new Destined Rivals cards obviously (love the art, might be my new fav), the other is a promo release included in the 2022 Dialga & Palkia Collector Chest Lunchbox Tin that I didn’t know existed with a cool cosmo holo pattern.

Yeah I remember learning about this, still not 100% it exists for Growlithe specifically and even if it does there’s no chance in hell I’m going to be able to afford it if it ever finds its way onto eBay or something.

I saw one of those unaffordebale cards last month in Japan… I was awesome so see one in person. I´m happy with just that, no need to buy 
With the currand exchange rate this cost 45,000 € or £ 38,150.

I have to correct myself on the Emboar-EX half deck. The is a korean version! I have the Arcanine so there has to be a Growlithe too. I totally forgot about it, but was just working on my Arcanine list and reorganizing my binder.
I just picked it up recently with a few another growlithe and arcaine cards on my holiday in korea.
If you ever travel to Seoul, there is a great Pokemon TCG shop. It´s name is “Card Nyang”. They are really kind! I don´t speak a word korean but the staff was super patient and tried his best in english. They have a PC where you can look up every card they have in shop (it is in korean but if you ask the staff will help you navigating it). I think I pick up around 10 to 12 cards and payed 2300 Won (around 1,45 €).

Since I knew there is the Emboar EX half deck, I seached again for the other decks. First I couldn´t find anything on the english sides or the other languague pages that came up, but after played around with the korean characters I copy into the seach I found this shop:
