There are a few obscure entries which I couldn’t find from a quick search:
- Firstly is the Tropical Mega Battle VS set (bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Tyranitar_Half_Deck_(TCG)) which @quuador 's Pokémon TCG Picture Dump shows pictures of in the “English/Italian/German VS Series” spoiler tab;
- Secondly - and I wouldn’t blame you at all for not including these as neither of them have surfaced since the event I don’t think - there are two English Sample cards we’re aware of which were demoed at E3 2001, Pichu and Dratini. - Finally the Trainer Deck A and B cards bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Trainer_Deck_A_(TCG) and bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Trainer_Deck_B_(TCG) which feature red-bordered backs and include non-holofoil Machamp and Blastoise from Base Set.
