A few years ago I think I stumbled upon an excel sheet that documented every card from every English TCG expansion/set/trainer deck/ subset/ promo set/ etc.
I’m trying to make a transition from my physical paper list which is around 100 pages to an electronic copy but am wondering if the work has already been done by some hard working individual who wouldn’t mind sharing it or if anyone knows of this master list excel sheet that was floating around the internet some time ago. I’m not sure how complete the list actually was so feel free to share any list you know that is out there.

I would like to add in things like 1st edition, trainer kits, pre release/league/blister exclusives/ etc.

There are six columns. Here is what they do.

Quantity-Normal
Regular non-holo cards. Also used for cards that only have one rarity, like secret rares or GXs, since the increased rarity always has it’s own set number.

Quantity-Reverse
Reverse-rare cards (All of the card is shiny except art).

Quantity-Holo
Holo cards (The art is shiny).

Quantity-Promo
Used for cards like league promos. Specifics in the notes column.

Note
Can be used for anything, but primarily used for what type of promo it is or if the cards are on loan to a friend.

Deck
Put here if any of the cards are in a deck, and what deck.

Card ammounts need to be manually changed when cards are added or removed.

Totals for each generation are done on this spreadsheet, and then totaled in B3.

As you can see, there are lots of sets included here. I include everything in any set I had at least one card of. If there are any particular sets you want, let me know! I’d be happy to add them.
