Gold Star Mew.. is it "THE" Mew card?

Yep! I feel as though Mew was made extra special with how the English release was handled plus the movie cemented it as a truly iconic Pokémon.

It is not, as many here stated, the art academy Mew is THE mew card, or the Victory Orb mew.

ugh… bought my first Gold Star card, the Mew, and came in here all excited to have everyone agree with me that it was the ultimate Mew card… damn you all lol It’ll look nice with my other Mews, that’s all that matters

Don’t worry, you did good on your gold star. Now you just have to get all the other Mew cards too

I feel i did good  I have 4 in my collection now. Gold Star 8, Southern Islands 9, ___'s Play Club 10, and Radiant collection 10… which I can not believe no one has mentioned… It’s a stunning card.

This is true! Unless I get a brick in the mail
Even if prices slump, sure it’ll suck that I could have got one cheaper, but with only 57 copies in the world who knows when another chance would have come up. Steel hands over here!

It’s a toss up between Corocoro Mew or Ancient Mew (though neither are very rare).
I will one day get the Japanese Error Free Mew

Yeah, Im actually trying to purchase one of these in PSA 9

I hate these types of threads because it makes me add new cards to my wishlist

ALL…every Mew card is “THE” Mew card!

I think that the first Mew was the 1996 Prism Mew (red and green).
I like it and it’s not so expensive :stuck_out_tongue:

I think we know where I stand

Not the “definitive” version, but really enjoy this Mew and haven’t seen it mentioned. One of my top favorites.
