Looks like a typical printing defect to me.
Or altered, can’t rule that out.

Errors like these are extremely common in cards, like rtas mentioned, it’s just a printer hickey and doesn’t add value to the card, and it’s so minor CGC won’t mention it in a label.

hmm buy if they do..then..?
As a general rule of thumb, if you have to zoom in to see an error or printer defect, most collectors won’t care about it.

You would need to ask them, here’s their error guide:
If you see the bottom where “printer hickey” is, there’s a good example of a noticeable one, these are not exactly desirable unless they seem to interact with the artwork in some way.
