This has been in development since 2019 and was potentially canceled. It looks like it was supposed to be released for the switch and mobile. You ride Pokémon and throw pokeballs at them while also attacking.

I didn’t think that until you said it, but I DID notice, the yellow arrow is very similar to the one on the OG anime Ash league hat. But not green. Definitely an In N Out reference, haha
