I like that the player characters don’t look like the characters in the game. The trainer facing Kyogre looks like a Pokemon version of Yugi
And the trainer facing Groudon looks like they turned into a Super Saiyan

I do really like it. Wailmer is always a background art in concept art since it’s big. This one is basically all wailmer. Plus idk but some art for wailmer is just way better than others. Some artists do it better. I think whoever drew this is the better way
That Sootopolis artwork is so cool. I always loved chilling in sootopolis in Ruby. That just makes it better.
There is more but they tend to be WIP or character designs. These were posted by the same twitter page mentioned earlier. I have noticed that some of older posts have been getting removed…

Yeah, this one is really good. I wonder who drew it. I think it’s worth printing out as a poster and getting it signed by the artist. It’d be a cool project.

I’d love to do that when I’ve got more space. I plan to do that with the wailmer final concept sketches. They’d look good framed. If I ever got those signed that would be epic. Honestly that would be a fun project. Bring it around to various signings to see how many artists I could get on there

Just gotta pop in after lurking on this thread - I’m really impressed by most of the art, especially the scene sketches, that I’m seeing come out of this leak, moreso than I thought I would be. This content would make for a great coffee table book
