I’m working on a binder of a complete pokedex and made it to gen 5 and was wondering do all of these holos have that lined pattern effect? I think I have seen some with and some without but I would like to keep my binder consistent so that all of the holos either have it or don’t
As far as I know, all Black & White TCG sets have the horizontal line holo pattern. The Radiant Collection subset of Legendary Treasures is an exception to this.
Some of the promos from the BW era have different holo patterns so maybe that’s what you’ve seen. I had a quick flick through my promos and I found BW10 Axew which has a pixelated holo pattern:
