French Pikachu and Mew Promos (Surprise!)

Remember the French Pikachu movie promo? Turns out there are two versions out there instead of one, one is the normal non-glossy just like the US Version of the Mew 8 promo and then there’s the glossy version like any other card that you peel.

Either the non-glossy version was distributed in France like the US version, or I’m at a loss here.

I think these are two of my favorite Japanese promos, and I kick myself for not having bought a whole bunch of them when they were originally released.
