That is indeed a card. Dead front and dead back with white background isnt going to tell you much. Need to see angles with different lighting directions and black background to tell whitening. Currently, yes that does look like a modern psa9, maybe better or worse.

But i can see this corner is cooked, sadly.
I personally wouldnt grade this unless BGS 9s sell for more than raw (which I am unsure if they do of this card).
