Hands down, 1st Ed. Jungle Meowth. I have dozens of them. lol. I think it’s just the perfect composition of layout balance (like any WotC 1st ed card), balance of colors with the gold-yellow and boarder (which I normally don’t like), simple but detailed illustration, and illustrative technique. Others are nice dishes, but not the full dining experience.

You can still get played ex dragon roselia’s for under $5, one of my all time favourite artworks. Also the new cosmos holo dragonite from the cosco boxes as well as the japanese version look amazing!

Well, I need to highlight my namesake don’t I? 
While Abra is not my favorite Gen 1 Pokémon (didn’t even use it or its evolutions in my team back in Pokémon Red), I found this card to be one the most atmospheric from the base set. Gives a very chill vibe, and feels psychedelic to me

My favorite and most nostalgic card; definitely exceeds expectations for a common card. Beautiful colors, and the bushes and fence frame Ralts perfectly. A lot of thought was put into this composition.
