Fanatics Vault Fulfillment question + issue

Does anyone have a contact to reach beyond the Fanatics Customer Service team? I placed a Vault Fulfillment Request for $7500 worth of items on 12/4. I immediately paid. It still has not been fulfilled. Standard times are 3-5 business days to fulfill. I was told they needed 1-4 more days due to being busy. Now I am being told it will be 5 more business days. So lucky for my 12/4 request to ship before Christmas at this point.

The problem is - I’m traveling for the holidays and will be unable to receive packages. So this will now be either returned to sender or lost. I have asked for them to expedite shipping. I was told they won’t do that. They offered a $25 coupon instead.

I am now trying to cancel my fulfillment request as I fear my items will be lost. Has anyone had these issues? Has anyone had contact with someone other than the general Customer Service email?

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I get delays occur. I understand being busy. But am just receiving automated “copy/paste” canned responses. No empathy, no effort to resolve. It’s not like I ordered Toilette Paper - these are high value collectibles we’re talking about…

Not only were some of these items holiday gifts, now I get to go into the holidays with that hanging over… Hoping someone may have an alternate contact to reach. Thanks!

You are only a couple of business days past their standard. I am guessing with a value that high, signature will be required for delivery. Ideally if you are away when delivery is attempted, they will hold the package until you get back. Once you get tracking number and you know you will be away, call the local UPS/Fedex/USPS location and tell them to hold it

Will be 13 business days once fulfilled, if they’re able to meet that estimate. I’m unavailable at the shipping address provided for 14 days. Standard carrier hold times are not longer than 7 days. A signature will certainly be required, but the extra handling and back and forth adds a lot more risk for issues/loss/theft. Hence why I would prefer to either expedite, change the shipping address, or cancel the request. So far, no luck. Responses have been it will ship when it ships.

thats kinda how it is with them RN, I have a dozen or so in the same boat

13 business days from 12/4 is Dec 24th. Hopefully it happens for you in the next couple of days though.

Bummed about the timing as wanted for gifts, but not frustrated. I get it - I ship a ton and been really busy this time of year. Delays happen. It’s mainly that I’m going out of town and not able to receive which is concerning and why I’m attempting to contact them. Had I known about delays up front, I would have waited on the request… Now, it’s just trying to prevent a potential bigger issue than just being delayed.

Being told I’m SOL, there’s nothing they can do, we can’t tell you when it will ship, we won’t expedite it, led me here… No worries if no one has a contact, just thought it was worth a try for peace of mind heading into the holidays…

im really surprised they dont let you cancel fulfilment requests before they ship tbh. Thats very unfortunate. No advice here unfortunately but just wanted to express sympathy

I found their timeframes can vary greatly week by week. I’ve done around 25 separate requests this year (sold items on eBay) and sometimes it takes 1-2 days, but I had one take over two weeks. There doesn’t seem to be a predictable pattern, but my average is 4-6 business days.

I bought on their BIN market on 11/30. Their customer support mentioned it would ship by end of this week, so 15 business days.

I also had a submission I mailed in be somewhat backed up earlier this month, and customer support said they’re having higher volumes than normal.

Oof, sorry to hear about the delays :frowning: . I’ve been in a similar situation and have had luck getting them to cancel and also refund the fulfillment fee before. I know you asked about shipping timeframe/expediting but have they denied your cancel request too? I’d try to see if you can get them on live chat during business hours too, maybe you’ll get a different rep.

They were already slowing down going into the Holiday season and I imagine now is worse… - best of luck!

If it’s USPS, you can get up to 30 days on a mail hold. But seeing the value of this package, I think they will ship via FedEX, which will result in a 7 day mail hold before it is returned to the sender.

Really sorry that this is happening. The vaults are going crazy right now with volume.
