Fake? Or misprint?

So I have this Pocket Monster Japanese Arcanine, and the edges on it are a shiny like holo. Is this a misprint or is this a fake.?

It is hard to tell because the photo is low quality, but this looks real to me. The edges being holo are probably the result of wear. The holo is applied as a separate layer of the card during printing, so if the ink on top wears away, a bit of the holo can shine through. With clearer photos we’ll be able to tell for sure.

If the top layer starts to wear away this will show; it’s very common to happen along corners and edges
