Fake Next Destinies Booster Boxes

I wanted to let people know about the Fake Next Destinies booster boxes from Greece. Not sure why multiple Greek sellers have these specific fake boxes, but I purchased two from a different seller over the summer, and they were 100% fake garbage.

In fact, a few of the fakes were featured in this video.

TL;DR

Brand new, very good quality unofficial Pokemon Black & White Next Destinies Booster Box Trading Card Game released in Greece.

Unofficial?
Aka Costum

The seller I bought from used a stock image. Both are from the same region.

I guess you could say the sellers are a bit (•_•) / ( •_•)>⌐■-■ / (⌐■_■) Greecey

I usually just ctrl+f “unofficial”

It seriously annoys the hell out of me that the sellers think they can get away with selling fake products with the word “unofficial”.

I’ll be honest though, every time I see english card sets being sold in countries that are not commonly sold on ebay, I get very wary, especially since a lot of them do not have very high feedback.

That sucks, Scott :slightly_frowning_face:

I don’t know if some of you know about this, but there’s a similar scam. Some scammers can cut a box’s legit wrap (the one with legit poke ball logos) carefully with a cutter like a razor. They cut one of the wrap’s endlines, lift the box out of it, then they do w/e they want with it. When done, they put the legit wrap back in and then re-seal the cutted endline. Happened to a friend of mine who bought some Furious Fists boxes with the re-sealed legit wraps, when he opened one of them, none of the packs included any EXs, URs or SRs. The other boxes had all fake cards.

This scam can get overlooked very, very easily but if you compare it with another legit-unopened box and look hard, the difference will be slightly obvious. A scaler will help, too.

This is precisely why I am terrified at buying sealed boxes. The paranoia is real!
