Sanctioned Pokémon Leagues (local gaming stores, hobby shops etc) in North America and the UK (probably Europe also) will soon be getting this Play! Pokémon stamped, SVP101 promo card for November. Like with the Prize Packs, they are at the discretion of the store owner/tournament organiser on how they are distributed.
This is only exclusive in English for Pokémon League events. We’ve recently had the Japanese one given out in a similar way, at local Pokemon Gym events.
Since I started organising and running Pokémon League events in 2017, I don’t believe we’ve ever had anything with exclusive art, only reprints with stamps (League Cup promos, Play Series Packs etc). This is super cool and hopefully will help drive attendance to local events!
