They’ve started processing November 13th orders from the Pokemon Center.
My friend had one of her orders cancelled for buying Champion’s Path Pin Boxes…
Another one had 4 of her 6 orders fulfilled…
Waiting on getting mine either cancelled or fulfilled… I placed mine at 445, she placed hers at 2:00 to 2:30 and said every 5 minutes there were hundreds of orders in between.
Oof, that sounds like bad news to me. I bought two champions path pin boxes at 2:49 (mountain time) on the 13th… If my order gets cancelled I’ll be really really bummed.
Just got the cancellation email from Pokémon center. But tbh I’m not even mad, they’re still sending the promo (supposedly) and also a $20 coupon for my next order. Special Delivery Pikachu for -$20, can’t complain.
Got the same email. I’m actually surprised they are sending the promo for free and giving the $20 off. That’s quite a deal.
I sent a support ticket showing them your picture, suggesting they stop using the tape that helped thieves easily identify what boxes have Pokémon. I also suggested they could just double box merch to keep it protected and have the outside box have pokenon tape
Awhile ago I made 2 orders on the Pokecenter to get 2 copies of the Special delivery Pikachu. One I could keep, and the other I could maybe sell or trade. My first order went through fine–I got an order number right away. It took them awhile to ship it, but I have it now. Sadly the Pika has some minor damage at the top due to the poor packaging. My second order is a different story however. I didn’t even get an order number. Later I got in contact with the pokecenter, a week or 2 later I got an email that said they had my order number. And yesterday–another week after getting the order number–I got an email that said it was being shipped. What really confused me was the order details. I needed to spend 20 dollars to get the card, I bought a champions path blister, and a vivid voltage pack. On my order details however, there was only the pack, and the pika card. So with shipping it costed me 17 dollars cad, and without shipping or taxes it was almost 6 cad. It seems like the poke center is dealing with a lot of pressure from all of the demand and messed up my order (no complaints here!). I have a feeling that by the time they come out with the special delivery Charizard, they’ll want to print the hell out of it and wait until they have their shit together.

Interested to see the response to that. I love the Pikachu tape but it does make it super obvious whats in the package.
I finally got a response to my ticket and of course they’re doing nothing for me.
I’ve seen some people who have had their orders cancelled getting a promo sent to them and a $20 credit towards a future order - but as all I didn’t get was the ‘free’ stuff, I get left out to dry lol
Wow, shame on their customer support. Nothing will change clearly unless someone with a big follower told their people to flood their emails. It truly is unfortunate we live in a world where we can’t enjoy our cool Pokémon tape. I hope mean people are kept away for any future promos. I would be so mad if someone stole from my box. What a violating feeling

You can’t expect Pokemon to change their tape or send an item they don’t have because someone decided to illegally open mail. There is no, “shame on their customer support” and TPC doesn’t need their inbox flooded to fix anything, it was a FREE promo and what happened wasn’t their fault. Really is unfortunate that it happened, but it has nothing to do with The Pokemon Center. This sense of entitlement has risen quite a bit in the pokemon world recently, and its getting out of hand.
Just had mine arrive today in the U.K!
Placed the order on the 10th of November & it was delivered to middleman service Stackry on the 18th (thanks for the recommendation @professorstephen )
Stackry sent it out on the same day, it got stopped at customs when it arrived in the U.K and i had to pay an extra £12 but just glad it got here safe 
In today’s world with thieves, I just thought it might be a good idea to not make boxes so obvious there’s Pokémon inside. Was just an idea! I hope nothing gets stolen from you-it sucks
