I have been putting together a fantastic tool to track my sealed inventory’s current valuation in real time.
I have been using the function =IMPORTHTML on Google Sheets to bring in LIVE data from websites such as TCGPlayer.
This document tracks the current price of sealed products (Japanese & English). This has only been possible due to TCGPlayer now supporting Japanese sealed products. Unfortunately this is still under development and is currently only for viewing right now as a “Beta” spreadsheet. After I get the format and formulas right, I will put it up for download for E4’s benefit.
The biggest benefit of having all this data in the same place is the ability to upload it to a Google Drive. At any moment I can look up any set by a scroll of my finger instead of typing on TCG player and waste time at conventions or for pricing/buy lists when people reach out.
I use this spreadsheet along with other formulas to calculate the “bulk” pricing of any set by a percentage off the market price in real time instead of recalculating it every time someone asks about single packs.
This website also opens the ability for me to notice trends at a glance instead of compiling lots of data. In the future I will utilize Power BI to further automate this process with more interactive displays and trends.
For right now, this documents serves as a bare bones pricing tool for anyone selling packs at conventions or on the fly.

Known problems:
- Sometimes the formula breaks due to the website updating HTML code showing as “#N/A”. (SOLUTION: Give it time and it should auto-correct itself)
Future Updates:
-Will include all S&S, S&V, and S&M sets both Japanese and English to be a more well rounded tool.
-Will upload another sheet for English Booster Boxes similar to English Booster Packs
-Will upload the document with all my personal information wiped for use by anyone.
Limiting Factors:
-This document only pulls from TCGplayer with no other outside sources.
