Yes, but only in certain boxes. The majority of early release boxes have them, but some without may be making their way to the market. The ones with chance cards have yellow Japanese writing in the top right corner of the booster box.
Thanks guys. I don’t pay enough attention to new stuff…but I do like grading these new EX cards, as they seem to be a guaranteed 10, and look so nice in cases. I don’t think it is going to be a problem - my local card shop’s current stock:

In the end, importtaxes kill here, it cost 30 euros per box. Which is like 35 dollar

Waiting on Japanime to reply to the sent message. I understand that he is probably super busy. I also hope that TPCI doesn’t cut him off. I have 23 Promo Shiny Rayquaza’s that I want to get redeemed. @omahanime They come in envelopes of 1, 2, or 3, with 3 being the max. Lots of envelopes though!
