Looking for some advice,
Recently sold some pokemon items a few weeks back on eBay, tracking on the package has stopped working mid transit, and buyer’s claiming it hasn’t arrived. First time this has happened to me, just wondering if anyone else has had this experience, and if so how it was handled?
Any insights would be helpful.

You need to either go in store and get them to check it out, or better; call customer service of the postal carrier you used and get them to look into it
Find what post office it was last scanned at and google that office. Call them, have the tracking number handy. Have someone look/check for the package. Good luck

Is it a domestic mailer or international.
International! sent to Australia, which makes it a tad more complicated then a domestic parcel.
I was kind of hoping someone would say “Yeah once you ship and get tracking, Ebay takes care of the rest if it gets lost, so sit back and relax” lol darn it! no such luck.

Since it’s international, it’s VERY common for tracking to stop for a week or more.
Don’t even stress over it. Eventually it’ll be delivered?
