Sounds like you need to block this guy from every buying (I know, im wrong, cant do that the buyer can overule everything)
It may be easier to just wait until he gets the item, say pay return postage send it back and ill refund and claim my fees back from ebay and paypal.
Not worth the time, or bother arsing around with this guy. Id sort this out asap and cut ties completely.
