I was super happy when my SS parcel arrived Thursday after appearing to be stuck for a while.
After I got my booster shot the same day I was a bit tired but looked forward to opening the box!
Is that the light at the end of the tunnel? No…no, my box is actually glowing.
IT’S A CHRISTMAS TREE WITH LITWICKS FOR CANDLES AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY CANDLES AND IT’S SELF CRAFTED AND THEY GLOW AND YOU CAN EVEN HANG IT SOMEWHERE THIS WILL BE PART OF MY CHRISTMAS DECORATION FOREVER THANK YOU
Phew, okay. Now that that’s out of my system, let’s continue:
We got an Empoleon V tin, a FLOINK blister, we got a brick-Litwick in a Pokeball, there’s a POP series 8, 9 and a booster with FLOINK on the front, there’s a cute drawing of Litwick and FLOINK, and some promos: Black Star Mew & Eevee (I love these old colourful cosmos holos), Computer Error and a signed card for the binder!
@burnedos, after reading your favorite pokemon was Litwick I had no other option as to use it in a Xmas tree. Yes it’s handcrafted and was fun to make. Glad you liked it.
@rattlebear , glad you liked the gifts! Thanks for making a video of the opening. It was really fun to watch! I thought you might need a celebrations collector chest because for some reason they were hard to get for me until a few weeks ago, but I didn’t know for sure that you hadn’t opened one yet. I think all the raw cards are ones you need as I did check out your account to find specific ones that were missing. The Japanese Shuckle is just a normal holo from the Heart Gold set. I know you collect one of each English card, but I felt the holo popped with that Shuckle and I had that one on hand since I’ve been buying Japanese holos from that era. Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year!
Firstly, love the drawings of 2 of my favourites, Poliwhirl and Bidoof with a tail Slowpoke
It was a lot of fun to open some modern packs as I haven’t done so in a bit; not so lucky on the pulls this time, but the holo Sowsow Slowpoke has such a great illustration. The Kimura Poliwhirl art is also incredible, so glad to get the Pokemon league reverse that I didn’t know existed.
Then come the real bangers, the heap of Pikas. The movie pack is a great set, love a card that references a time that I have a lot of good memories from.
I’ve also always loved weird cards and sus illustrations/ card design and the Yu Nagaba Pika is so clean. I’ve been meaning to pick one up so it was so great seeing it in the package. Big fan.

I absolutely loved your card which is now on my fridge, and of course you killed it with the gifts. I didn’t have almost any of them and those that I did were already absolute favorites like the Psyduck!
The Slowpoke pin was a very cute touch, and I was absolutely ecstatic to finally add a Shedinja to my collection! As you’ll see below my pulls were also very cool which only added to the fun. I rarely get to open packs!

Next some stickers, 1 of my favourite pupper Arcanine, 1 of Pikachu having a good time and 1 holo one of me and Pikachu together😉 as well as a 1998 Japanese Amada Sticker Booster Pack which i am going to keep sealed as i love sealed product! I also love the paper envelope these came in!
Next we have a beautiful assortment of cards, We have some German, English, Japanese & Portuguese here all with great artworks. It’s hard to pick a favourite from these!
Many thanks to our very own @dblast for this awesome secret Santa. I don’t own any PSA graded Zubat cards yet so owning a PSA 10 is amazing! Birthday Pika is so cool and yes I did eat the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! It was also fun to open packs! There was a shining legends booster pack in there! Just very awesome and thanks to the man himself, Dblast!
Thank you very much for the amazing gifts [mention]reinasierpe [/mention] !! My area has been having the worst lows in temperature/snowfall that I’ve ever seen so the scarf will actually be quite handy. I think my mom may steal the ornament if I dont hide it well for next year. I love the stickers, and am blown away with the card. It was hand done yarn work!! And its always so nice to read something handwritten. Last but not least i LOVE the ditto and know that the ditto will love its new home with last years SS magneton. I hope the hunting of such an odd request was fun. Thank you again and best wishes for 2022
Ok I am going to try to post this! A big thank you to Andrewvt36 ! You sent so many lovely gifts! The 10th anniversary book is really cool, and it has that artwork of Gold I love! He also got me charizard binder, sleeves and deckbox - you know I play the game too! And several Japanese packs, of which I pulled 2 ultra rares! And a nice stack of singles of my fave pokes! I had been wanting that sandslash Japanese sticker card for a long time but never quite got it. The mew custom card is sweet too! Thanks again! Did you search my past posts, have you been secretly lurking on discord, or do you psychic powers??!? Cuz you know what I like! And I will keep that '98 wrapping paper!
I would sincerely like to thank my Secret Santa @pokekuma13. It was such an awesome surprise. Firstly, thank you for the lovely message, it was very thoughtful. I am also grateful for the Vmax Climax box. I will be opening it soon and will be enjoying the break. However, the thing I will always cherish the most is the artwork. Its absolutely stunning and I will be framing it. I was just awestruck how adorable the art is and it captures the essence of the two Pokemon as I know and love them. The promo card and especially the signed card will be going into my collection and it will always be a memory that I will hold dear.
Again, I thank you for the care and thought put in sending me this. It really put a huge smile on my face.

Drawing was absolutely INCREDIBLE - LOVED how you actually incorporated my logo! Sticker Sheet / Poster was AWESOME - I’d never seen one of those before; but, it had some GREAT Art-Work! The single-cards that you picked-out for me were GREAT as well! Finally, all of those Celebrations Booster Packs were a really nice tough - LOVE opening some Celebrations!!!
