That means a lot, especially coming from yourself, thank you so much!
Ive really enjoyed reading both of your processes on how you approach art. So fascinating!
Card I drew for my E4 Secret Santa. I have drawn a few cards now but this was the first one where I didn’t trace the art.
This now lives in the back of my binder, and will make an appearance again when i get my stuff home from my multiple middle men haha
Forgot to post here the crafts i did for Secret Santa ![]()
I designed them in CAD software and cut them out of wood using a water-jet cutting machine

After a little sanding and applying some varnish :
You have some steady hands! I’m always really nervous when it comes to inking curves.
Hmm, not sure where else to post this, pokemon card acrylics ![]()

I think this belongs in Pokemon Cringe
As someone who heavily prefers function over form, i dont understand it one bit. But seeing @crindy’s excitement at it really helps me keep perspective on it not mattering if it has no discernible function to me, as a craft it is impressive and thorough.
Ive seen cuter nails but I do think that you could do something really cool with this as inspiration, which is part of this topic. I know that although some peoples artistic styles dont appeal to me, I would be bummed if someone in a community I enjoy took my interests and called it cringe.
I dont think I would have had as much appreciation about this specific craft without crindys response though.
i mean i don’t usually go in for acryllics tbh but i think it’s a super cute idea and i respect the execution
it’s hard to be so detailed on such a small canvas!! if i was going to some event for a weekend or something I’d totally do it
me neither, but those are super
This is one of my favorite online artists. Angrymikko, he did a stream fixing the art in Pokémon Legends ZA
Angrymiko redoes Pokémon ZA
I cant take credit for the artwork (just the Gengars) as I bought it from Etsy but, it’s my first Pokemon cup and I plan on making more. I love the subtle purple in it, unfortunately, lighting is hard to capture the sparkles on the cup.
This is a great piece. Jirachi looks so content and at ease.
Happy to say I successfully guilted @niece into using her incredible skill to send some art my way! She had free reign to do whatever struck her fancy and I am so happy with the results!
Glad you liked it! It’s hard to do Umbreon justice these days. It was nice to have a chance to portray this side of this wonderful Pokemon for someone that has appreciated it from its humble beginnings.
This is absolutely gorgeous. Really amazing work @niece . I know you had made a really in-depth review of using light and light sources and this one is just wonderful with the moonlight and its effects on the artwork. Just truly wonderful. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers!
