No cards with Kevin (and I won’t even have to try my last name). Closest is the Team Rushdown World Championship deck of 2004:
Apparently there are only two characters named Kevin for Pokémon outside of the cards:
- One in the twelfth movie: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Kevin_(M12)
- One in the Here Comes Team Great Rocket GameBoy game: bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Kevin_(TCG_GB)

The Portuguese Full Art Sophocles is translated as “Chris.” Struggling to find a picture, but I bet that gets a few people here over the line. Also my favorite lazy translation of all time.
