I hope so. It looks awesome!!! Please spam me with yellow border ink bleed errors! This one looks like the yellow border ink got within the design of the background. Like some layer didn’t dry first? I’ll know the “feeling” or if it’s added to the top when it gets to me 
The ink for the card is added as separate layers: cyan, magenta, yellow, black. It’s not hard to believe that when the yellow layer was applied, yellow ink was added excessively.
I can’t say with certainty but I don’t see why this couldn’t be real
Looks real to me too. Kinda reminds me of the only error card I ever pulled myself from a pack, which is this Delibird with similar (but way less) yellow ink over the entire length of the card:

@quuador ,Santa bird!!! Yeah the yellow takes on the pattern of the blue. It looks cool! && my fav. Clay! I’m glad my error is on my favorite artwork of eevee. Do if I was meant to be scammed, the universe really reached for this one! 
Update: Error is here!!! Only 2 concerns:
the drastic yellow difference in the border/darkness of overall card.
the narrow corners. The back has clean edges.
In terms of layering color in the factory, I can see how the card could end up darker.
All the other tm, coloring, etc are there and the gray line seems to be there too!
