Does this Classify as a Miscut Card?

Hey all,

I recently purchased this reverse holo deoxys for about $5. at the bottom you can see where the gold foil ends and the yellow border of another card seems to begin. Does that make this a miscut card? If so, does that generally mean an increase in value?

Ebay Listing I Purchased

Extremely neat since there is a border difference.

Some might like this except for the fact it’s in very poor condition.

Ugh, the new ebay system wasted a good minute or two staring at a totally irrelevant, non miscutted card instead of the listing that ended.

I would personally call it a miscut, but nothing so out of ordinary that would fetch a huge premium. I like the border difference though.

Haha that’s why I wasn’t too conflicted to drop $5 on it. Low risk if it ended up not being worth it

$9.50 on T&T for a moderate play so probably not a bad idea.

The definition is arbitrary but I would personally call it off center instead of a miscut. If you sent it in to PSA my guess is that it would get the OC qualifier and not the MC

To OC/MC collectors(like me) there is an increase in value, but to general collectors they can care less and some see it as a flaw.

I usually pay 10-70% more for a MC/OC depending on the severity and how much I like the mon.
