Does Carddass Slide up battle ALAKAZAM exist?

Hi everyone! This is my first post on E4 and I hope to find some help for a specific case.

I’m starting a “sort of” species set of my favourite pokemon, Alakazam, collecting classic tcg cards but also all sort of non-tcg cards, stickers, etc…

While I was sorting and studying an infinite list of non-tcg product I came across the “carddass slide up battle” (I’ll attach a Kadabra - Yungerer image down below), which I find so cool and ingenious, BUT I couldn’t find an Alakazam featured card, neither on google or ebay.

Does anyone know if it does exist? I’ve aslo never found an official card list of this carddass set, so I’m a bit lost cause I don’t know if it’s me who cannot find it or it does not even exist.

I learn about this kind of product in the The Giant Pokémon non-TCG Identification Thread - #191 by samsamsamsmsms if anyone wanted to learn more about this kind of products.

I wish you luck on your hunt! Sometimes it can take a while to find a version of Slide Up. Took me YEARS until I came across a Gold Gyarados Slide Up.
