Difference between these Japanese base set packs?

Wondering if anyone knows if there’s a difference in these packs? Other than the price shown. I bought one of each to open and compare them.

There are three variations to the Japanese Base Set packs:
The 300Y price change occured from 1 April 1997 when the consumption tax in Japan increased from 3% to 5%.

There’s also a variant of the 291 yen regular/long pack with a black 300 yen sticker over the price.
