Rusty (TheCharizardAuthority) bought this off of a former WoTC executive/employee. The guy said that it was a test to see whether or not they wanted to release the Jumbo. They chose not too, but he kept the item anyways. So basically it is just another piece of cool WoTC testing history 
The number of awesome things I buy off of Rusty is financially disgusting.

I sold one a while ago for $40, then Scott (a member here) sold one for $99. I have two up on ebay right now (one is NM one is worse) for $80 and $50, respectively, but haven’t had any takers. I’m thinking about lowering the NM price closer to $50.
Well, now I know why my Mint one sold instantly at $30 (think Rusty bought it lol).
