Just for fun figure that if PSA accepts it, they crack a competitors case on a high end card and put it in their case. You’d think there’d be a benefit there?
If you have a flawless 9 with only the centering being slightly off but still within 10 parameters, wouldn’t that be worth a shot at regrading as it sounds like it could / should have got a 10?
If you crossed to BGS would it not be possible for the same card to get 10, 10, 10 and 9.5 on centering achieving an overall BGS10?
Ye I can see that being possible- BGS should assess each sub-grade on its own merits.
If NZG has a card that could cross to BGS 10 or 9.5 at worst (based on his description of the card), his offer to trade for a BGS 9 seems like a poor trade for him but a great trade for Argentina.
