Same here, all our hotels were forced to close until March31.
All Iowa Casinos are closed. The mayor closed all bars. Groups are limited to 10.

How are you all dealing with coronavirus anxiety? I’m living in basically the most concentrated zone in the US and all I can do is refresh the news and worry I don’t have enough supplies to last if there’s a further shutdown.

Are you in NY or WA? I’m in WA and besides keeping up to date with the news I’ve been taking advantage of working from home and been organizing my collection, reading more, and knocking off a bunch of movies from my watchlist.
NY. It’s honestly hard to chill and read or watch movies cause I can’t stop thinking about it. No way am I riding the subway so I’m kinda stuck in my apartment for a while.

@qwachansey im in NY myself and having very heavy high anxiety coupled with other mental health issues, i can relate. Personally though, the situation for me has been fine mainly because ive worked a lot with these issues over the years and know how to tame these situations for my brain at least, so thats a plus. The key to success here is first recognizing that this is a situation out of all of our control, then from there doing what you can do to at least be safe in these times. Its hard not to think about and difficult to really manage while having to stay indoors, but ultimately just doing so while still engaging with others and doing things to keep yourself upbeat while not working would be the most ideal thing. Plus, if you want to vent you could always send me a message as im always willing to help!
No matter what though, we may not have a solid idea of whats to come, but we will all push through together. Just keep positive!
