Looks like an 8 to me but there might be scratches that the camera is not picking up. Maybe an 8.5 if no scratches are present?
Yeah I’d say it has a good shot at an 8.
Honestly, it could be a 4 up to a 9.
Unfortunately, pics are a poor substitute for in person. There can be scratches, dents, creases, smudges, all kinds of yuckiness that pictures miss.
That being said, based on what I can “see” in those photos a 9 isn’t impossible.
6-7 is my guess.
You see? That’s what I meant. All those earlier pictures made the card look nice. The later pictures proved that all wrong.

I think you should be very happy with a 6, maybe even with a 5 though I might be being too harsh.
Looks like scratches on holo, silvering on edges, some tiny scratch on the front card, looking like two dents at the bottom back corners, big white patch at bottom right corner, overall lots of white spots on the borders around the back.
