This is an Adventure Card (088 from the Mew and the Wave Hero Lucario set to be exact - @pichufan not sure if you’re still updating that thread of yours, but this is one of the ‘?’ in your list):
And these four I don’t know. I do know the Typhlosion + Skarmory is a Meiji card, but not sure which set/version, since Meiji Chocolate made a lot of different Pokémon cards.
